Preserving the Past
We don’t just restore buildings—we tell their stories. Below is a selection of restoration projects spanning landmark homes, civic buildings, and historic infrastructure across Westchester County and beyond.
St. James Church | Bronx, NY
Role: Architect
Budget: $7,000,000
Location Details: Built in 1965-1892 by Architect Henry Dudley and Henry Kilburn
Project Details: St. James Church includes the full renovation of the landmarked building from 1865. The work includes historical restoration, extensive structural work, site work, a new HVAC system, a new sprinkler system, and a new elevator. One of the many complexities of the project included working next to an MTA elevated train line. Our role as the architect includes filing architectural plans, fire protection plans, and public assembly applications. We also managed all consultants.
St Bartholomew’s | White Plains, NY
Role: Architect
Budget: $400,000
Project Details: St. Bart’s is a beautiful 100-year-old church with severe masonry issues at the front facade. We helped identify the root cause of the problems and have produced plans for the restoration, which will be happening this fall.

St Martin’s Church Tower | NY, NY
Role: Architect, Project Manager
Budget: $4,000,000
Project Details: St. Martin’s Tower is the second-largest bell tower in New York City and a landmarked building. Extensive masonry and roof restorations were required, and a custom scaffolding design was needed to access and renovate the over 100-foot tower. The renovation included the removal of a 42-bell carillon, restoring and replacing sandstone, brick, and granite masonry, and installing a new copper roof.
